This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the GDPR, which applies to us as an EU-based business.
To give you access to what you bought, to process payments and refunds, to answer your questions, to send you service messages about your subscription, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. We rely on performance of a contract for most of this, and on legal obligation for accounting records.
If we send marketing email, it is on the basis of your purchase relationship or your consent, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing does not affect your access to anything you have bought.
Only with processors who help us run the business — payment processing, community hosting, email delivery, and site hosting and analytics. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data.
Account and community data for as long as you are a member and for 12 months afterwards. Accounting records for the period required by law. Support email for 24 months.
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email support@phonefarmcloud.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
